bdtil Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities, and Our Commitments

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdtil", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bdtil platform, accessible at https://bdtil.io, and the operating entity responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "You", "Player", "User", "Member" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdtil platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" — refers to the bdtil website, mobile browser interface, and all associated pages, tools, features, and services available at https://bdtil.io.
• "Services" — refers collectively to sports betting (including cricket betting), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, and any other gaming or wagering activities made available through the bdtil platform.
• "Account" — refers to a registered player account held with bdtil, identified by a unique username and secured by a password chosen by the player at registration.
• "Balance" — refers to the total amount of funds held within a player's bdtil account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to funds deposited into a player's account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, or card payment, which are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn subject to the verification requirements set out in Clause 6.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, which bdtil uses to confirm the identity and eligibility of players requesting withdrawals or exhibiting high-risk account behaviour.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳, in which all bdtil account balances and transactions are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdtil platform or creating a bdtil account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bdtil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Your continued use of the bdtil platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date and version number at the top of this document indicate when the most recent revision was made.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the bdtil platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdtil strictly enforces a 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to Bangladesh.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, automated systems, and non-human actors may not register accounts or use the bdtil platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of bdtil or any of its technology, game content, or payment partners, where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from bdtil under the Responsible Gaming Policy, or had a bdtil account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and keep that information current throughout the lifetime of your account.

bdtil reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during the registration process or at any time thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdtil may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access the bdtil Services, you must complete the registration process through the bdtil Login page. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, and a valid email address. bdtil may request additional information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and mobile phone number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account.

You agree to provide only accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. The submission of false, misleading, or fabricated registration information — including the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

• One account per player: Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active bdtil account. If bdtil identifies that you are operating, or have operated, more than one account — whether concurrently or sequentially — bdtil reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all open bets, and forfeit all Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds held in duplicate accounts will be subject to investigation before any refund decision is made.
• Account verification: bdtil may initiate a KYC verification process at any time. You agree to cooperate fully with this process and to provide all requested documentation within the timeframe specified.
• Account sharing: Your bdtil account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any third party to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions using your account.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdtil account credentials. This includes your username, password, two-factor authentication codes, and any other security information associated with your account. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

bdtil will never request your password through any channel — including email, live chat, telephone, social media, or any message purportedly from bdtil staff. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

• You must notify bdtil immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your account.
• bdtil will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your sharing of those credentials with any third party.
• bdtil reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if bdtil believes, in its reasonable judgment, that your account security has been or may be compromised.
• All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless and until you notify bdtil of a security breach in accordance with the above.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your bdtil account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtil supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change at bdtil's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your bdtil account balance.
• bdtil does not apply processing fees to deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bdtil's control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account upon identification, less any applicable processing costs.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit funds into your bdtil account, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by bdtil's compliance team in writing.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bdtil may request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Unmet wagering requirements will be clearly displayed in your account dashboard.
• bdtil reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if the account is under investigation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bdtil platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. Sport-specific betting rules, including cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are published within the relevant sportsbook section of the platform. Casino game rules — including live Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Teen Patti — are governed by the rules published by the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and displayed within the game interface.

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the bdtil system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where bdtil's betting rules expressly permit in-play cash-out options.
• bdtil reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event the outcome of which has already been determined at the time the bet was accepted (commonly known as "past posting"), or where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed using manipulated, corrupted, or erroneous odds data.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the delivery of a game or the recording of a bet, bdtil's system logs shall be the authoritative source of record. bdtil will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and in good faith.
• bdtil reserves the right to limit the maximum stake per bet or per event, and to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets, at its sole discretion. Such limits may be applied to individual accounts or to specific markets without prior notice.
• The use of any automated betting software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets on bdtil is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

bdtil offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players throughout the year, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, BPL and IPL season specials, Eid deposit bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, and Victory Day promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and any game-category weighting restrictions will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. You must fulfil the full wagering requirement before any balance derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

Where bdtil identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit related winnings, and suspend or close the affected account(s).
• Maximum bonus withdrawal: Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated entirely from Bonus Funds is ৳20,000 per promotion. Winnings generated from Real Money Funds wagered during a bonus period are not subject to this cap.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtil platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one bdtil account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account use.
• Using the bdtil platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the bdtil platform to conceal the origin of such funds.
• Placing bets using insider information, including advance knowledge of match outcomes, player injuries not yet publicly disclosed, or any information obtained through corruption of any sport or competition.
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to play casino games, place sports bets, or interact with the bdtil platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, technical malfunctions, or any other platform vulnerability to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome or return-to-player of any casino game.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or intimidating bdtil staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access any part of the bdtil platform using unauthorised credentials, hacking tools, or any other means not expressly permitted by these Terms & Conditions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtil platform — including but not limited to the bdtil brand name, logo, website design, page layout, graphical elements, text content, game artwork, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of bdtil or its licensed content suppliers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe), and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your use of the bdtil platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any bdtil content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of bdtil.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any bdtil software or content.
• Use bdtil's brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written authorisation from bdtil.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the bdtil platform on any other website or application without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bdtil platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your bdtil account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtil shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if bdtil has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of use of data.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Any loss arising from your decision to wager funds you could not afford to lose.
• Any loss arising from a third party's unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances outside bdtil's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, or government actions.

12 Responsible Gaming

bdtil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all player interactions on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk, and bdtil strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to play within their means.

Every bdtil account provides immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools, configurable directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your bdtil account.
• Loss limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the maximum net losses you are willing to sustain.

13 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bdtil account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your primary verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

bdtil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct set out in Clause 9.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity conducted through the account.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Abuse of promotional offers or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities as described in Clauses 8 and 9.
• Conduct that bdtil reasonably believes poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk to the platform.

Upon suspension or closure by bdtil for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Bonus Funds in the account will be forfeited. The treatment of Real Money Funds will depend on the outcome of any ongoing investigation and bdtil's obligations under applicable law.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdtil operates as a platform targeting players in Bangladesh and conducts its operations with reference to internationally recognised standards for online gaming platforms, including fair play certification and SSL-secured data handling.

In the event of a dispute between you and bdtil:

• You should first raise the matter with bdtil's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the disputed transaction, bet, or account event including dates, amounts, and any relevant screenshots or account reference numbers.
• bdtil will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution response within 7 business days.
• If you are unsatisfied with bdtil's resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to bdtil's compliance team at the same email address, clearly marked as an escalation.
• bdtil's system transaction logs and records shall be the authoritative source of evidence in any dispute relating to the placement, settlement, or outcome of a bet or casino game round. These records are maintained with integrity and are available for review in connection with any formal dispute.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bdtil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where bdtil makes a material change to these Terms & Conditions — meaning a change that substantively affects your rights or obligations as a player — bdtil will provide notice of the change by displaying a prominent notice on the bdtil platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

The effective date and version number at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which any revision takes effect. Your continued use of the bdtil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the bdtil platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not substantively alter your rights, and updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without specific notification and take effect immediately upon publication on the bdtil platform.
